Rick was professional and helpful. He did a thorough job and even listened to my concerns regarding a completely different topic than the reason he was there. He tried to see if he could get a rust stain off the tub for me but he was there for carpets.

Our carpets aren't exactly new and when stains appeared after the cleaning, the technician came back out and worked hard to remove them. The carpet now looks very good.

You stood behind your product and service 100%. I was not satisfied with the results the first time you cleaned our carpets so you came back out THE FOLLOWING DAY and did them again at no charge. They look great now. Both technicians were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you!

Excellent service and cleaning. Mark Jones cleaned for us yesterday. He gave us wonderful service. That carpet looks great. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Plan to continue to use Zerorez and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
