You always do a good job. We choose you over everyone else because you do not use soap or chemicals. However, this time there was a small spot in front of our couch that got missed. It was a small spot and easy to overlook.

The technician worked very hard to get the carpet clean-sometimes on his knees to get the traffic areas clean. He was professional and friendly. There was a slight odor but not as strong as some others. The carpet was soft and clean.

You truly mean what you say. I had some cleaning done, the job was just fine, but you sent me an e-mail saying that if I had any problem to let you know. We had a tea stain in the carpet, which did not come out with the first treatment. I called, you sent Dennis out the other day and he re treated the spots and they have come clean. What a great job you did and now I am extremely satisfied with your service.

PS: The one thing that you ought to do, is quote the cleaning of $119 for three rooms as $130, since that what it is.
