The technician came to my house on time and was finished quickly. The job was thorough and my carpets were dry within 6 hours. There was also no purfumey scent from the cleaner, which I appreciated.

This is the first time we have used Zerorez, but feel the carpet came out looking almost as good as new. Stains were treated and appear to be gone. Scott was extremely helpful,knowledgable, efficient, friendly, pleasant. Will ask for him again.
