What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet looks good over all but I am wondering about one spot in the bedroom that is about 7 inches around
that was not there before and then one smaller spot down stairs. I could live with the small one down stairs but
find it very hard to not notice the bigger one in the bedroom. Thanks, First name removed Shultz

What do you like about our products and services?

Our service technician, Mark Jones, was amazing. Very best service and cleaning we've ever received from Zerorez or any other company in the past. If there was a way we could request him for future cleanings/service from Zerorez we definitely would. The "horrible" stain we thought would never come out is completely gone - with no trace that there was ever a muddy mess on our white carpet. :-) Please pass along our thanks to Mark and let him know we think he's "The BEST".

Dennis was so nice and he did a great job. I had cat pee on the carpet and he helped me decide what to do about it. It really smelled bad and he was professional about it. Carpet and rug looks great.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpets turned out better then we expected. Haden was up front with us about what he could & could achieve since we had some difficult stains. He worked very hard to get the carpets as clean as possible and did a great job. We would not only recommend Zerorez, but Haden as well. We will always request that he clean our carpets. He is a very hard working young man & has a great work ethic. He was very polite & professional.

What do you like about our products and services?

Kenny was my service tech and I will be specifically requesting him the the future - he was terrific. I'm dissapointed that your cleaning process did not get the "crunch" residue out that was left from a previous cleaning processes. I added the protective treatment and will see how it holds up. I will be needing additioan carpet cleaning in the near future for other areas along with some leather cleaning of a sofa and chair. I was pleased to find out you can cut and tuck some carpet for a future project I have.

I like several things: your tech is polite, efficient, and knowledgeable of the process and the prudent. I like, as a pet owner, you don't use chemicals on my carpet. My carpet looks wonderful!

The solution that your company uses seems to get the dirt out efficiently. I didn't think the dirt would come out of the stairs, but it did, thanks to your company! You have a good product.

Did an amazing job. Hayden was very polite and professional. Would use you guys again after being long term customers of Stanley Steemer. On an off note, if Hayden ever finds himself single, I have a beautiful, sweet, kind daughter his age with a love for the Lord that he should meet.
