Technicians are always very friendly and they do a wonderful job of getting stains out. There is no pressure to upgrade to services that you don't want. BUT best of all, the carpets are clean and no residual is left in them.

They were quick! I didn't believe that as quickly as they were done that our stains would stay away, it has been three days and the stains have stayed away! There were too many good things too list, I will be using them again!

Zerorez went above and beyond to make sure my carpet downstairs was stretched and tacked down appropriately. The person who came to my house (I believe his name was Josh but can't remember for sure - you can find out who it is by looking up the job at 457 S. Vine Denver, CO 80209) had a more challenging job than anticipated, and had to spend a great deal of time working on it/waiting for the appropriate equipment to be delivered/getting it to tack down and stay put. Additionally, part of the carpet came up a few days later, and he came back and quickly fixed it. I was impressed with his customer service, and even though it had to be fixed, the way both "Josh" and Zerorez handled the situation would make me recommend Zerorez to others.

The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and was very thorough in the cleaning process. I was very pleased with everything!

My biggest concern is the extra $50 you charged us for using a gadget he called a deep scrubber to get some spots clean. If that machine is part of your repertoire why do you need to charge so much extra? It should be considered part of the process to do a good job.

The service is efficient, the end result this time was very good and the ease of scheduling an appointment, etc. is also great. I appreciate that the cleaning solutions used do not leave my carpet sticky afterwards and my home doesn't smell like an indusrial vat.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets this time really worked hard on a couple of areas and went the extra step to discuss with me how to permanently get rid of one small area where whomever lived here previously had a pet that soiled the area heavily. The stains keep coming back so he suggested to replace the padding in that specific area. Generally speaking, carpet is just a pathetic waste of money in my opinion and I hate it but at least after it is cleaned I can tolerate it for about 3 - 6 months.

The technicians were friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained the process. I especially liked that my carpets weren't as wet afterwards and dried quicker.

I love the way the carpet feels and looks after you clean it. I have used you in California and now that I am here in Colorado. I especially appreciate the professionalism and the way you stood by our verbal agreement to do the Master Closet and came back to do it. That is the way customers should be treated and I am a loyal customer for life because of the service. So even though you may have lost a couple of bucks doing the closet, you have gained my business and my daughter's for life. Thank you again.
