The soft clean feel of the carpet is amazing. There's no crunchiness and it looks like new when it's done. The technicians and the service reps are professional, courteous and work extremely hard to do an amazing job. The product AND the service are fantastic, and they come at a very reasonable price. No odor lingers in our home and the carpet dries quickly if fans are kept running overnight. Dennis answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Finally, the cost/price was very reasonable.

What do you like about our products and services?

Very appreciative of specific arrival time when service was to be performed. This was a return call to our home for two areas where traffic pattern was not "lifted" & still noticeable. (No complaints). James Chase was fastidious in his efforts and we were pleased with both his professionalism and abilities in treating our carpeting. YES, we would highly recommend Zerorez to others & will have service again on a regular basis. Thank you! Outstanding!!!
