No soap in the process
They were right on time, it went very quickly, and I like the clean fresh smell, instead of chemical smells I've had with other carpet cleaners.

Top Notch customer service! Johnny was prompt and polite. He got all of the pet stains out of my carpet and it looks like new. One major drawback though. I had planned on using a credit card so that I could earn points. But he finished after business hours and so I had to pay with a check because no one was in the office. How is there no contingency plan for this? Anyway, that was the only problem. Everything else was wonderful.

Good service
Our basement was a mess due to dogs... The Zerorez guys did a great job. made it look nearly new. Not all the stains or odor came out, didn't expect it to, but it is much more tolerable until we can replace the basement flooring.
