Jerred did an extremely thorough job during this rug cleaning. During the initial cleaning approximately 18 months before by Zerorez, a second technician was required to come back to my home and correct areas missed during the first visit. Jarred should be commended for listening to my requests and addressing all of my concerns. His attention to detail was excellent.

The equipment was certainly up to the job and not simply "Rug Doctor" quality. I think that's what made the effectiveness of the service very good. And the technician was knowledgeable and made sure he was doing what we needed.

I find that my carper stays clean a lot longer because of the fact that they do not use chemicals and soap which attracts soil. Also their guarantee to return if there is a need
