Both servicemen listened to us at the beginning as we pointed out spots. I believe it was Seth who told us how to properly clean up spots in the future. Our carpet looks almost like new now. They did a fantastic job.

I like that they are natural and that they don't leave soap residue on the carpet (which seems to attract more dirt). Our carpets are soft and seem clean.....unlike a previous carpet cleaning company that left them crunchy and we could still smell dog urine.

It was an incredibly spiritual experience that unfolded while Zerorez personnel were at our home. Due to some issues they were experiencing, I stopped procrastinating and got some genealogy phone calls made and got the information ready to do for two of my husband's siblings. My husband had just passed away. Getting that genealogy is the highest priority, since he passed, and the truck clogging and their being here three hours (poor guys) moved that top priority forward immeasurably! Thanks for being not just a great company, but for being people the Lord can use in inspired ways.

We like the fact that our carpets were not "crunchy" after they dried, and the drying process didn't take very long--which was good. The rooms smelled fresh rather than damp following the cleaning.
