Kenny obviously wanted to do a an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. He paid attention to the spots I showed him and even found a couple more and explained that they might not be removable but that he would try. He was very polite and always explained how he would proceed. With our off-white wool
Berber carpet, the stairwell usually took 2-3 days to dry completely even with a fan running.
These 13 year old carpeted steps look very clean and dried in a day and a half! I plan to call Zerorez again next year and ask for Kenny!
