Our experience with Zerorez was very positive. Rick and Dave, who did the work for us, were very professional, polite, and efficient. Dave did most of the cleaning and did a very good job of cleaning our light-colored stairs as well as our darker-colored room carpeting. In addition to carpet cleaning, we needed carpet stretching services, and we were fortunate that Rick is an experienced carpet stretcher as well. He did a very good job of stretching the carpet in several rooms. The price seems reasonable for all of the work that was done, and the Zerorez process does, in fact, keep the carpet from becoming soaked and does allow the carpeting to dry in a few hours. The carpet looks great so far, and we assume it will continue to do so for a long time.

The technician (Gabe) who came was very thorough, polite, and explained everything. I especially like that he was cognizant of the rest of the home, wore booties to protect the floors, and put protectors on all banisters and corners. He was awesome!
