No harsh detergents.
Pros -- I like the fact that the formula used is non-toxic and our cats and dog could be on the carpet immediately. Our technician was super nice and very efficient.
Cons -- It did take forever (36 hours and the stair are still slightly damp) for some areas to dry, though the humid weather did not help. And you are a bit pricier than others.

Wonderful work and excellent customer service. I liked that the carpet was amazingly clean without using any toxic chemicals- just water! Brilliant. The price was also great. We have already told 3 friends and family about Zerorez and plan to use them again.

The service technician was very nice and did a very thorough job. The carpet looks as good as it did when we bought it. There was no crunchy surface left after cleaning the carpet. The results were awesome and I will definitely use Zerorez again.
