First, our tech was very courteous. I had a carpet with numerous "biological" stains from an older dog. When ZeroRez left, the carpet looked fabulous. Much better than I ever expected it could.

I felt like I got great service in both scheduling a cleaning and in the carpet cleaning itself. Brad did a great job, better than I expected and he was very careful about doing a thorough job. I especially liked that there wasn't a harsh chemical smell from the cleaning solutions. Thanks and I will recommend you all in the future
