I loved how Zerorez got out stains other carpet cleaners couldn't. I wish I had remembered about a stain I had in an area I did not have you clean. Zack was great he was very personable and asked me if I saw anything that he cleaned that needed more work. None of the other carpet cleaners asked me that. Thank you for doing a great job on my carpets. I would like to use you again, but the unfortunate thing was you were more expensive then other carpet cleaners in the area. I hope you get an office here so it won't be more expensive to use you. I will really, really like the job you did. I have recommended you to others, but told them that you were more expensive, but worth it.

Our upstairs carpet are the original builder grade from 15 years ago. The Zerorez process has brought them back to life so they are almost in as good a shape as the newer carpet in the main level of the house.

I was very impressed with how clean our carpets were after Zerorez did their work. I especially appreciated that there was no chemical odor throughout our home afterwards. The technician was extremely professional and very respectful of our home, even using corner guards for the walls and baseboards so that they wouldn't be damaged by the hoses.

I have but one small issue in that the company needs to modify the exhaust system on their trucks so that it exhausts to the rear of the van instead of to the right side. They left a sizable brown area in the grass at the curb from the truck running to power the truck mounted cleaning and vac system.

Product cleans rugs without residue, professional and Kurvy the person cleaning our rugs was great used his slippers so not to walk in and out with his shoes. He also gave us slippers to use as well. Great service.

The technician, Jesus, was very nice to work with and carefully explained what he was doing. He was prompt, and in fact called to see if he could come an hour earlier than scheduled. The carpet looks very nice and is greatly improved in the heavily traveled areas. There is no fragrance in your product which is greatly appreciated.
