Randy Phillips was excellent and would definitely only have him back. He was effective in every area plus and was clear on instructions, etc. The products used seemed to really bring life back to the carpets...He provided us with shoe protectors which was totally appreciated! Name removed Martin

Our carpet just doesn't look clean. My wife stated this about you guys once before and I didn't agree. This time I noticed it myself. The technician was late coming. He was scheduled for 3:30-5:30. He arrived at 6:30. He seem to be rushing through the job instead of being sure that our carpet was clean. The past technicians have done a thorough job. I was disappointed this time.
It would be nice to have someone come out and redo the 4 rooms more thoroughly.

We added the upstairs of our office to our recent scheduled clean and the techs that showed up were unaware and said they would not be able to finish the job. I was contacted by our employee working that day and had to call ZEROREZ to make sure the job got completed. It was however I took several phone calls.=(
Zerorez has excellent pricing and does an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I tried using one of their competitors (Stan) that offered a good deal through a mailer. Yea...we went back to Zerorez. I request the same guy from Zerorez each time, Joe V., because he is thorough and genuinely cares about performing a good service. We will continue using Zerorez.

They did just what they said they would and the carpets look great!
The technician did a great job; however, I was very thrown off when the quote I was given ($250) was turned into $390 once the technician arrived. I had an open house the next day so I couldn't cancel. I felt like I had no choice but to pay that amount. I can understand it being off a bit but not $140.
