I am so happy we used Zerorez. From the initial request, to scheduling, to the technician, everything exceeded expectations. And we were expecting that based on footages that we would get charged extra but they didn’t. Carpets look fresh, smell fresh, and we will definitely use them again.

Don't provide such a low-ball estimate by phone. The final estimate on-site can be twice as much or more!

The carpet cleaner was good, but arrived more than an hour after the END of the arrival window, which was very inconvenient since we aren’t moved in yet and had to wait at the empty house for 3.5 hours. When we called at the end of the arrival window to ask why nobody was there yet, the scheduler was not very sympathetic and kind of rude about it.

Quick and professional gentlemen did the job quite nicely. The rugs felt very clean and soft w/out the usual residue which was a nice change.

I did not like that your company misrepresented the package they were offering following a segment on a local morning show. It was disingenuous and I called for a service under false pretenses. However, the technician who came out seemed to do a good job. I let him know that what was represented on TV and the service I was actually getting were not compatible. We will see, in time, if the extra service I paid for was worth it. Again, the technician was professional, but I don't know if I would use the company again because of the dishonest way they initially got my business.

was misled about the price, advertised at 3 rooms for $ 89.00 and I wound up paying $ $ 711.00! Also had to have a " do over"!

While I liked how your products cleaned our carpets and tile, I was most impressed by D.Boston your technician! He knew his products and was very pleasant and easy to communicate our concerns with! He wasn't in a rush to get the job over with and move on to the next customer! Boston is an asset to your fine company!

The spots in my carpet are gone and I can tell a difference in my tile. The best thing was the service. The technician was enjoyable and fantastic at his job. I highly recommend Zerorez.
