The guys did a super job on the upstairs bedroom but I was a bit disappointed that they did not move a chair or a couple of plants to clean behind them. These items were not heavy and could have been moved very easily. Also, they did not appear to have enough of the foam squares to place under the legs of some of the items they did move.

The stain removers in your treatment will not remove a coffee stain and a few high traffic areas also could not be cleaned completely.
Dalton did a great job on our carpets! I have used Zerorez several times and have been impressed each and every time! There have been scheduling issues but never an issue with the carpets being cleaned. I will use you again, asking for Dalton only, in about 6 months.
I had a stain from shoe polish that he said at the beginning he probably could not get out and offered me the option of not having the carpets cleaned.
The carpets looks good even tho the stain did not come out . The service did not take very long.

First of all, the technician who came out to check out our airducts, Eric, was very knowledgeable. He took a lot of time explaining our current air- conditioning/ heating unit and explained the benefits of upgrading to a "hospital grade" filtration system. We like that the filter is so impenetrable and that it only has to be switched out once every three years.

I love the professionalism, awesome customer service, and no issues during the appointment. The techs are friendly, helpful, and ready to work. They get the job done right with no worries.
