The animal cleaning does a good job o my rugs and takes away the spots and smells.

We called zerorez after our dog had several accidents upstairs while being watched by someone a few weekends ago. The house didn’t smell like urine before being cleaned and now reeks a day later! When I called to complain I was told that what we upgraded to was just a spray on treatment not meant to remove pet odor. That we should have used their extraction service. What? If we told them that was the problem then why didn’t you recommend something that would actually fix the problem? Both rooms that were “cleaned” now smell strongly of urine like it was just spread around both rooms. The customer service person I talked with the next day after our cleaning was less than helpful, she basically blamed us for not getting the right treatment and said that they would be happy to come out and perform the right treatment to get the smell out but of course would be charged full price, again. We will never use Zerorez again.

The employee that cleaned my carpets seemed to be over worked. Complained about living in his work van. The job he did us deplorable. A complete cleaning would be the only justification for this problem

I’ve been impressed with this company for years and they have been the only company i’ve used in years because they are the best! After using other so called environmentally friendly companies that have left some type of residue behind and therefore attracting more soil to accumulate, there is no comparison to ZeroRez. We waited a little too long between visits this last time and I was a bit worried that some of the stains would be permanent. Once again, I shouldn’t have worried or doubted ZeroRez! My technician was Eric, and I will request him permanently! This man was incredible! He worked smart, hard, efficiently and tirelessly and got every single stain out of the carpets - they look brand new! I just happened to mention to him that we only need the carpet restretched in a couple of places and learned that ZeroRez also does that as well! Guess we’ll be making another appt for that in the near future! Love, Love, Love this company!

Chris did an excellent job with your very simple but very effective equipment,
It sucked out all of Romeo's (my retriever) dander and lose hair which has removed the overwelming odor of his presence that dogs leave behind when they groom.

I really enjoyed watching the 'Fluffer' unit work with it's large brushes that released what I call 'fluff balls' that were also sucked up by the Blue Hose.

The odor is gone for another time and future date when I will call on you again.

Advise us that we have to move all the furniture ourselves. We moved most of it as a matter of course but left the "big" stuff. Turned out my husband had to move it all on his own. Also, it has taken 2 days to dry the floor, didn't know it would take so long, and we picked the warmest days we could find at present for this. Other than that, the guy did a good job

This isn't the Zero Rez I remember from years ago.
No assist in moving lightweight table or chair. I used to do it myself; but in my mid 80s
not so easy.

Wow! that is quite a cost for applying a substance to pet stains.
The technician was out of here in record time.

Some companies change over the years and begin to schedule jobs too close together.
It was necessary for me to reschedule.

The tech who work with me was very knowledgable about his trade and made great suggestions as to how to best handle pet strains and odor.

I have used Zerorez for a number of years and have been pleased with their services. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Jonathan did a great job and went out of his way to make sure my carpet was thoroughly clean. I will request him the next time!

My carpet was badly stained and I thought it would be impossible to improve the look of the carpet. Well, this product works and the company is dependable. The technician was super nice and gave me personal advice about ways to keep the carpet clean and looking great! Also made me aware of changing my air-conditioning filters more frequently.

The technician is very professional and friendly. They do a thorough job and the products are environmentally safe. The carpet took was dry in no time at all.

The technician broke an irreplaceable item in my house that was painted by my mother on my first Christmas and was something we had planned on handing down in our family. Now we can not do that. The responses of “well we didn’t charge you for the cleaning” are insulting. I have and will continue to actively tell anyone I come in contact with about not only the careless technician but the disrespect and lack of follow through from management to correct the situation.

He did an excellent job on my carpets and I will not hesitate to use Zeroez again.

Carpet looks very good, but most notable improvement was the grout lines in the floor tile.
