My carpet is clean and fresh. The price is right and the services are excellent. The technician was on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just good at his job. He cleaned all 3 rooms in about 45 minutes. It was great! Thank you.

appointment window 3:30-5:30. Technicians arrived 7:30pm. Never told there was a 5hr dry time on carpets, so after such a late start, unable to sleep in bedroom. Carpets did not look/feel clean after drying. Cost was a bate & switch. Quoted one price, but that increased by ~$150 once techs were on site.

Our carpets look great and service guy was really professional. He was responsible, considerate of our things, and really wanted to please us.

Cleaning was fine. Support for my tech was not so great. Website offers did not translate to the appointment details so the pricing was wrong. Tech had mechanical failure on truck that seemed to be a problem when tech called for help. Rescheduled appointment was easy and job finished correctly.

My carpet could have been a little cleaner. I do understand the high traffic areas are harder to clean but, it seemed it could have taken more of the dirt out then it did. It seemed like he rushed a little. He did three rooms in less than an hour. I don’t know if that’s common or not.

Zerorez does customer service the way it should be done all the times. My 1st appointment had to be cancelled and I was comped for that appointment. On rescheduled appointment t .the technician did not arrive between the 8-10 time frame. I called and my entire service was FREE. Torrance was great and did a marvelous job. My old carpet has new life!!

It was fast and effective! Wonderful Job! I have already bragged to several coworkers....it was everything advertised.......I also appreciated the fact that it was the advertised price....the last time I used a competitor, they added piecemeal costs and tripled the starting price.

I really liked Tarrance, so I almost didn’t write this. But I’m so disappointed. My carpets are not much cleaner. He mentioned I was supposed to vacuum and that it took a long time to do that... I didn’t know I was supposed to vacuum first or I would have. Maybe one the stains he told me were permanent came up pretty easy when I tried by hand. I might believe that the stains were difficult but he spent about 10-15 minutes in each room, so I don’t believe he tried that harsh I’m very disappointed and will not be scheduling another appointment.

The end product is excellent. The carpets are clean and not too damp.

Zerorez is amazing! Anthony was so knowledgeable & extremely good at what he does. He was determined to get out a stain that was nearly impossible to remove & he did! Our carpet looks brand new!! I’ve already recommended Zerorez to friends & coworkers.
