I felt that I was ** taken** (Over Charged) for 2 small wrinkles in my carpet which took only 30 minutes to remove? The price was over 350 bucks which your tech didn't do the whole room. Second, I still had a visible stain in my carpet & asked the technician to go over it again... He got an attitude with me and after he went over it again only that spot he said (Their) in a nasty tone! WOW! What customer service... Next time I will try some else- No way I will refer this company to anyone I know and I'm pretty sure nothing will be done about it.

My technician was very nice. However, I did no learn about the extra charges for hallways for the $89 three room offer. When the agent booked by appointment she should have told me that the offer is for rooms only and hallways are additional. That piece of information is important when you are on a budget.

Also on your WFAA appearance the tech guaranteed stained removal. I understand that they are not. False advertising.

Well the tech was very polite and professional. But after he left I noticed that when he cleaned the tile in our kitchen some of the grout was gone. I had to wait on the floor to dry before walking on it and he was obviously gone by that time. He did not mention it. It's possible he didn't notice it. But I noticed it right away when I walked onto the tile. I have a picture if you need to see it.

you charge too much for your "pet treatments". 3 rooms $99 - pet treatment in a 12"x 6" area $60!
Really? Lower thi price to $25 and you will get more takers.
I would rather pay you again to clean this room and 2 others for the $99 than to pay $60.00 again. That chemical is not $60 for 3-4 ounces.

A very good technition worked on my carpet/tile yesterday. Much more pleased with his work than the last time I used Zerorez.
Am not as pleased with the dispatcher who changed the arrival time of my tech while he was in route to my place. He arrived 2 1/2 hours later than he could have which had him working here until almost 8 pm.

The tecnician arrived on time. He was very professional as he did the initial walk through. He too his time while cleaning and he requested me to check the finished area each time before he went to the next section to make sure i was satisfied. He also advised me on different products available to use. He treated my home like his home. I would recomment zerorez and this technician over and over. Now my carpet is dry and it looks new. He also did an amazing job on the tile floor in the kitchen.

carpet looked like new

I had service at 2 different homes by 2 different technicians on 2 separate service days. Torrance did a great job on an empty home that I am selling. The 3 bedrooms were very dirty with heavy traffic patterns and obvious pet stains. The carpets look almost new. Awesome results. Jonathan cleaned the carpet in my home with fantastic results as well. My carpets were not as obviously dirty as one might expect so seeing the difference was more of a challenge. Jonathan took his time in asking me about the carpets before he started the cleaning, had me take a look at the first section of carpet to make sure it was meeting my expectations and informed me of how to take care of the carpet while it dried. I am so please with this first experience with Zerorez and will definitely use this company again.

Professional staff and friendly

The technician was great! However, my house smelled musty 5 hours after the cleaning and the next day. Lighting candles and spraying are deodorizer could not cover up the smell. The high traffic areas cleaned up some but not very well. The technician said that was due to the quality of the carpet. My carpet is 2 years old, was higher-end carpet, and there are only 2 people living in the house. I have used Zerorez in two houses over 20 years, that had much older carpet, and had better results with no musty smell afterwards.
