My technician was more interested in telling me what I was doing wrong with my dog than cleaning my carpets.
He told me my choice in kenneling my dog was “bad” and proceeded to tell me why.

He was extremely polite, courteous, and very careful about the rest of the house and keeping it clean while he was working on the carpets. I would definitely use Zero Res again simply because of Dewayne.
The guys seem very rushed and did not give very good explanation for the stains that did not come out. I was some what disappointed with the outcome.

The technician was great. I expected the carpet to smell fresher than it did. He did get up the stains which was great. When I made the appointment they said they’d to a free tile cleaning and that wasn’t done. I didn’t think about it until after he’d gone. But the technician was very polite and professional.
They have really good customer service. The carpet technician discussed the process of cleaning the carpet and provided a sample of what it would look like. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The technician was very friendly but my house still smells after three days the carpet was cleaned. He treated some pet stains that just intensified the smell. I replaced the pad under the carpet because the smell was so bad. There was a pet stain that was completely missed. I will say the carpet looked better for just a basic carpet cleaning. For the price paid it wasn’t worth the extra money.
