Had excellent service. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered the questions and concerns I had. Floors came out like new. Will be rebooking in 6 months.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I’ve had my carpets cleaned in the past, the carpet usually has a great clean smell to it. My office smelled like every gross smell was pulled up to the surface of the carpet. My master bedroom carpet was likely unsalvagable, so I’m not complaining about that room. The stains did come out of the carpet in the office though.

My carpets look brand new. Zerorez did an excellent job at cleaning my carpets. Eye technician Terrence was very friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job on my carpets.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The company lacks communication. My original reservation set for Wednesday was cancelled due to a truck needing repairs. On Tuesday the company left me voicemail stating we would need to reschedule. At the time I was working a 12 hour shift, so when I called and left voicemail to reschedule (after hours) I specifically stated that rescheduling would be okay but I would be at work the following day (Wednesday) until after 730, so if I don’t answer to leave a voicemail and I would call as soon as possible. That Wednesday, despite knowing I was at work, Zerorez then decided to make an appointment on my behalf for the following day of Thursday without my consent. That Thursday morning I received a call that a serviceman was on the way. I called Zerorez immediately bc I had work that day. So as to not ruin your company’s scheduling, I agreed to having someone over, but it needed to be AFTER 1030 since my dad is staying w me and recovering from a big surgery. I was told by phone that it would not be a problem. Despite this reassurance, At 820 that morning a service man arrived. He assessed the attic and after three minutes declared our da ere it’s ine and did not need cleaning. He left and after a few moments returned to the front door asking that we pay a service fee. I never agreed to a service fee, never signed consent to a service fee, and had NOT received services. I was given a cursory ASSESSMENT which lasted less than 5 minutes. I am beyond disappointed with the poor management, broken communication, and fees for lack of services rendered and will not be making any recommendations on your behalf.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Several things: Clint, your technician was very nice and polite.

Price for pet stain removal was different than what I was led to believe on the phone. We are seniors on a fixed budget so I could not do what I thought was going to be done.

A large area around the back door was left sopping wet, The machine had malfunctioned (check your maintenance records). This is a heavy traffic pattern and it took until this morning to dry.

Since the step down to the room is covered in the same carpet I was having cleaned, I assumed that would be cleaned. So now I am left with dingy looking step to a clean carpet. We are not complainers by nature but I am left with dirty steps, stretched carpet and pet stains not any better than what we do with our Bissell machine.
