Use the plastic cups to go under chair & table legs - instead of the white blocks - that allow the chairs & tables to slip off - especially those that have rollers. Stanley Steamer uses them and they work much better.
The carpets had been previously cleaned but remained stained. Kyle removed the stains and didn't put a high pressure sale on the protectant, although I opted to have one room sealed. The carpets look great and we'll absolutely use your service again.

Serviceman worked closely with me to clean trouble spots on carpet. Zerorez sent someone out when the carpet buckled and restretched it and retreated some trouble areas that did not respond to the initial treatment. Technicians explained the technology of lifting soil from trouble spots. Everyone was polite and accommodating.

Invoice was wrong, but then corrected. Results were “ok”. Technicians were prompt and helpful.
Your technicians explain everything. I had my air ducts and carpets cleaned on the same day. He explained to me that my air ducts did not need cleaning, but I had bacteria growing on my furnace. He scraped it all off, and applied an antibacterial coating to everything.
The technicians were very courteous and did a great job on our carpets. We had some areas that were very dirty and they said they may not turn out that good - they were able to extract a lot of dirt and they look so much better and they smell very fresh too. I have used Zerorez prior to this date and will use them again. I used another company in between my Zerorez cleanings and was not at all happy - I will not make that mistake again.

We have had at least three different people over the last few years. Most are very good, explain the process, and communicate well.
The person this time, who came one other time and only started that time, does NOT want to do the power raking before cleaning. He wasn't happy when we called him on it. He needs more training. The last time he said he had back problems and couldn't run the machine. So, he called and got another tech to come finish. The second tech is the one who is so GREAT.
We had you twice in Sept. 2018. The young man that came the first time to clean the dining room, breakfast area, and den was great. I wish I had his name and could request him.

There was a misunderstanding about the price to clean the carpets so I was surprised when the technician told me it would be almost twice as much as initially stated. The stains I was hoping to have removed did not come out and there is an unpleasant smell now the rooms that had the carpets cleaned. I have wool carpets and a week later, it still smells like a wet animal.
