Clinton did an excellent job. Carpet looks really good and smells nice.
I have used Zerorez in the past and have been very pleased. What I did not like this time was when I paid the technician with a check, he took the check and left. He did not have me sign anything and when I received invoice, I noticed he scribbled something on the line and checked the box where I was suppose to sign and check. This in my opinion is very poor.

I had some spots that didn’t come out, and I should have checked more closely before he left. The big spots (that I wasn’t expecting to come out) look awesome. Some of the smaller ones (that I didn’t specifically point out) are still there. He was very kind and efficient.
