Felt misled on the pricing over the phone. Then felt backed into a corner to purchase additional services for more than $200 that I was originally quoted.

I had three rooms of carpet cleaned on Saturday morning. I indicated to the technician that the majority of stains were pet urine. At no time was it mentioned that I needed to purchase an additional service for this stain removal. At first after the carpets were cleaned, they looked fine. Now, however, after they are dry, the stains are once again visible. I'm told that in fine print somewhere it says that pet stains are only removed with an additional expensive service -- a minimum of $75. Your advertising indicates you can remove pet stains but it doesn't clearly state that is only possible with additional cost and certainly not in your special ads for three rooms at $89 -- which isn't possible either because you must purchase $99 in order to get the service. In order to meet the minimum, I paid an extra $30 to have a carpet protector added in one room and that is the room where the stains are now most visible. So I'm told the only way to fix this is to pay $75 per gallon to have a special solution put on the stains. Very poor advertising and customer service. I paid $130 and wound up with the same stains I had before.
Our whole home was cleaned by Chavis this past Saturday. Chavis was an excellent technician who worked extremely hard to restore our carpet, rugs, tile &upholstered couch to unbelievable cleanliness. Everything looked & smelled so fresh & new! Chavis was not only thorough & diligent, he was also polite, courteous & highly professional. I would totally recommend him & Zerorez to any of my friends, family & neighbors.

I'm always confident that my floors are CLEAN when Zerorez leaves. There's no residue, no stains coming back -- just clean.
The person who did the carpet 4/6 was wonderful! He educated me about stains and was really wonderful about asking me if everything looked good after he cleaned each area!
