I like the fact that we are not using unnecessary chemicals in our home, yet it smells and feels cleaner than ever! I feel as though ZeroRez is the best carpet and floor cleaning option for us, our pets and grandchildren.

carpet cleaning process and results were very good, just what i had expected. Tile cleaning left a lot to be desired. uneven cleaning and also standing water left in bathroom.

My initial contact with making the call to schedule the appointment was disappointing as the receptionist wan uncaring in answering my questions and seemed to hurry me through the call.
I decided not to judge the company on her lack of interpersonal customer service skills.
My technician was Dustin, who showed up on time , with a smile. He was very personable, courteous and mindful of my home with his careful procedures.
I was pleased with what he did and asked about 2 chairs in which he did a " dirt " test to let me know if they indeed were dirty. The fabric was very dark brown so I couldn't tell.
Dustin also cleaned a iconic mid century chaise lounge for me which was not on the original appointment request.This was not scheduled mainly because of the person taking my call.
Technician did a great job.
