Gets carpets cleaner without soap and excessive water. Quicker drying.

We paid extra to have pet stains removed and they came back the next week because the stains were no better. After the re-treat the stains are worse than they were before the original treatment.

we were really pleased with the service, although we did find it strange for the vehicle to be running the whole time he was here. Tech said per their instructions they never turned them off. no wonder there is an environmental charge when you come out, not for the trip but for the hours the truck is running.
