The guys always do a good job. This time, instead of carpet cleaning, I got duct cleaning. Ricardo G. was careful, thoughtful and thorough. Even though I thought the price for cleaning the fan and coils was high, I did it because it had never been done.

More knowledge on the Healthway air purifier AND easier access to someone who can TALK with us over the phone to answer any questions we have about maintenance or an issue. The male customer service person I spoke with said he was knowledgeable but really wan't. I asked to speak with his supervisor or someone who could speak with me about my issue with the Health Way and he was not very proactive in doing so. He said he would call me back the next day and he did not. I had to call. And again, I asked for the name of his supervisor so that i could try to remedy the situation and again, he was hesitant. This is not good customer service and i would expect more from Zero Rez. In the end, our Health Way purifier was cleaned and serviced but it took too long to remedy the situation.
On another note: Ricardo does an excellent job on my carpets and I will continue to ask for him when I need my carpets cleaned.

Great process and service. Especially on dated tile floors and grout cleaning.
I like the odor free from cleaning the carpet.
The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, addressing the needs of our very old carpets, and they've really brought them back to life. There were some challenges to clean, tough stains to remove, and they're now gone! Our carpets have never looked better. Two tiled areas were also cleaned and the bathroom sealed, very pleased!

The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me determine what kind of cleaning plan I really needed and what I didn't really need. They were there on time and got the job done pretty quickly.

carpets still had major washable marker and pain stains from the kids. The carpet does not look like it was professionally cleaned in anyway considering we paid close to $300. Understandable that not all stains come out but even a wet wash cloth I got more stains out. I've used oxyclean carpet cleaning for sometime, heard on the radio a lot about zerorez but was disappointed! Looking to establish reoccurring service

Got carpet cleaning and tile cleaning.. very professional, prompt customer service, clear communication, reminders.. during cleaning appointment, listened to the concerns, explained what exactly will be done.. did a really good job, worked hard, no shortcuts.. kitchen tile floor, and carpet looks like new.. would definitely recommend..

He did a good job cleaning. The up front price information when making the appointment is not very clear. So the price ends up being 2 to 3 times as much money as you think it will be.
With three dogs in the house, our home is very much lived in. Trevor worked really hard to lift the numerous spots and stains. He succeeded! Our carpet looks brand new. We are so grateful to Zerorez and, of course, Trevor.
