I like that it doesn’t flood the carpet with just water and soap that will then collect more dirt later. I like that it’s environmentally friendly
Carpet edges near baseboards were not cleaned well. Some stains not removed, especially some "rust" stains. As for "making it right" , we have moved out of the house. A partial refund would help reduce my frustration, but there is nothing that can be done on the carpets at this point.

Agent went over and above to ensure the spots we wanted cleaned were thoroughly cleaned. Carpet looked great when he was finished.

I can’t remember the name of the guy who cleaned my carpets, but he got out stains I did not think would ever come out! Incredibly friendly as well!! Thank you for making my carpets look brand new!

My carpet cleaner was awesome! Unfortunately, we had to have him back two days after the original clean date due to dampness. Well, 24 hours later, still damp. I also have a horrendous chemical smell that started yesterday, two days after and even after the second clean, the smell just smells like chemicals - I scared I’m going to have to

The tech was very friendly, nice, and professional. He did an outstanding job and my carpet looks incredible.
My carpeting smells horrible. Like mold.
We tried to put things out of the way or moved to the middle of the room so carpet could be cleaned behind chairs and under coffee table.
I offered to help move them back and he said no thank you.
He put everything away and presented us with a bill. The middle is the room had not been done.
When I told him he said “ we don’t have to move furniture”.
He did get everything out and finish the job but I couldn’t believe he couldn’t move a coffee table, or see that furniture didn’t belong in the middle of the room. I was not impressed.

They do not try to over sell you
Friendly, clean, good product
Boston was very friendly, helpful, and explained the services well.
Technician was great and new everything an explained in detail all services available.
I feel like I was reap off. I had a service that was totally bad done. To the point I have to call a second time to make they do it again and they try to charge other over $1000 for pets treatment. Beside the first $1000 from the first appointment. Totally reap off. I totally disappointed with your service. And I will never use it again and I will never recomen it to anyone. So that is why I am disappointed
