Great service, great price. Did try to sell the extra stuff but the basic carpet cleaning worked great so the extra stuff was unnecessary which was nice.

I did assume that the cleaning was really just with water, but I did notice something being squirted on the tiles before cleaning up. Not sure what was being done on the carpets.
Nevertheless, I have passed on your contact to my neighbor who really liked how neat my kitchen tiles were (and i must accept that the tiles and the carpet look clean for sure!).

I loved how the technician took care of my carpets as well as my upholstered furniture. He let me know what we could clean and what could not clean. He was attentive he was efficient he was fast and my carpet and furniture look brand new!
True customer service and care when cleaning
Employee took pride in his job and cared.
The only thing I noted . The truck needed new tires. The wands where worn and the ends would come apart. Even with white tale to seal gaskets and water still leaked.
Safety of your employee and what they drive i should be number 1. They put the customers 1st.. The appearance of the machinery would makes customer worry how well you woukd take care of their needs . I say this from a place of concern . I used u since 2o13 . Whenever you contact me about your specials. U refresh my memory and I have u out again . Thank you !
Carpets look great and service was excellent!
The technician was courteous, friendly and well trained. He got right to work and was able to get spots out of our carpet that we tried to get out. Without harsh chemicals or leaving a residue, Zerorez left us feeling comfortable our pets would be safe after the carpets were cleaned. The technician was very good and even cleaned a wool oriental rug that had been badly in need of cleaning. Made our carpet look very nice again.
Darwin was very professional. Carpet looks like new.
Ok let's see
1 - broke the AC closet cleaning the air ducts
2 - 3 1/2 hrs for the carpet guy to show up
3 - he refused to honor the special I signed up for
4 - the equipment broke leaving a huge puddle in the bedroom
5 - no backup parts to correct the breakage & finish the job
6 - Horrible Customer Service. The level of you not caring is astounding
7 - no managers or supervisors available to talk to
8 - the quote was $350 & all totaled ended up costing over $1000 Not even close!
After all of that I'm not even sure I can count on you to "make things right" so why on earth would I recommend your company to anyone else?
