I have used Zerorez several times because they are simply the best! Other well-known companies "cleaned" our carpets in the past But just like the commercial says, they left residue behind to make it dirty agaiin!
Also, my Technician Chris was wonderful. He did a perfect job on the very dirty carpet in my bedroom and didn't even make me feel guilty! Thank you, Chris.

Two years, now, I’ve used this company to clean my carpets. Neither time have I been disappointed. Their technicians are trained at the height of excellence. They listen to what I need and give the best information concerning how they will proceed. I step aside and let them do their job. The house smells so good, like a mountain top after a Spring rain.

On April 11/19 you were supposed to clean the carpets in three rooms. The result is definitely NOT SATISFACTORY. During the process a water hose running on the tiles close to the front door was leaking and respectively made the floor wet and slippery. Nobody tried to mop it, put a sign for wet floor or warn me verbally. Due to this blatant negligence I fell on the floor hitting badly my back on the floor and the first step of the staircase to the second floor. I got severe bruises and bleeding. The pain is still severe when touched even after 16 days. I'll be making a claim based oh the findings of my physician

I would recommend for sure. The guy we had did a great job as he was extremely nice and informative. There were only a few small areas that were missed. I was pleased with the service and will use them again.
Showed up for a 3:30 appointment after 8 pm. Carpet cleaned has worse odor now somehow.

Great Service at a Great Price
I was impressed by the professionalism of our technician, who happily explained everything he was doing and how it worked. Our carpets look cleaner than I imagined they could look given the high volume of canine, feline and 7-year-old traffic it gets!
