2and1/2 hours late! You said between 10 am and 12pm . Your technician was outstanding, however your admin needs work.

I was very pleased with the Service that I got on my downstairs carpet cleaning! Your staff person, Raymond, did an Excellent JOB and explained everything to me in detail. He was very professional, and I look forward to having him return to clean the carpets upstairs too.
The Orange scent the day after the cleaning was very pleasant! I had been concerned that any carpet cleaning would aggravate my husband's COPD, but he had absolutely no problems at all and also liked the Orange scent.
I will call you towards the end of June to set up the appointment for the upstairs and request Raymond again.

I like that no dangerous chemicals are used.
There is no perfumed or chemical smell after our carpets have been cleaned. Oftentimes we would have allergic reactions to other carpet cleaning companies’ solutions - headaches and , sneezing etc. Also the carpets are all visibly cleaned after your technicians leave! I like the fact that there are no soaps in your water mixture so there’s no residue remaining in our carpets either!
Your technicians have always been efficient, friendly, professional and courteous! I will continue to use Zerorez!!

Eric knows his service , products , and methods plus is very personable. The estimate I received is not close to the final bill. $240 versus $420. I feel there is a real "gap" in the carpet cleaning service industry, in quoting via phone, and actual work. This is occurred to me with several different carpet cleaning companies, not just Zerorez.
In regards to my actual service, 1) I wish we both remembered to move the couch and clean under it. 2) some chemical liquid got on my grass when rolling up the small blue line, and killed the grass. I can send you the photo if you need it.

Zerorez did a great job with my carpets. Arrived when they said they would and the tech was delightful.
The technician was nice and professional, but the cleaning was not what I expected, especially for the cost. We still have spots on our tile that if I take my finger nail and scratch it will come up, so why was zerorez not able to get the spots up? For the cost I expected a much deeper cleaning!!!
We also got our upholstered couch cleaned. It to still has stains on it. 😳 Never again!! $800 down the drain!!

Timely arrival
My eyes are burning today and it smells after we had our carpet cleaned. We have used ZEROREZ for years and have been very satisfied until now. Yes, the old dog stains returned as we were told by the technician the last time. With that in mind we had the treatment for the stains applied again this time. The 30 minute treatment yesterday for cleaning the three rooms removed the reoccurring stains but added a terrible smell. The last technician spent more time and I called to let you know immediately after he left how thrilled I was with. This time not so much.
Our new dog has not never soiled the carpet so the stains were old. I regret calling ZEROREZ and will think long and hard about calling ZEROREZ before I need the carpet cleaned. Thank you for allowing me to express my dissatisfaction.
