Very, very poor results. Extremely disappointed. After many years of using Zerorez we had terrible results with the most recent service. The carpeting was still spotted with soiled areas and did not even appear to be cleaned at all. We called Zerorez to report our dissatisfaction and the same service rep returned to clean the carpeting again. The next day the carpeting looked even worse. It does not appear that Clint knew what the heck he was doing. We subsequently called Stanley Steamer. They cleaned the carpeting yesterday (June 5) and it looks GREAT.
Carpets look and feel great. I was also very impressed with the tile cleaning. Great job!
The technician was very professional and my carpet looks so clean without any chemical smell. I will ask for him for future cleanings. He arrived when expected and was done within the hour. I got educated on the different types of spots!

1) I was quoted $184.xx approximate estimate, but we ended up paying $490+ because my wife felt pressured with all of the "reasons" why the additional $300ish was necessary. 2) EVERY SINGLE advertisement I hear for Zerorez states that you only use water on the carpets and no chemicals. But part of that additional $300 was for "treatments" that used chemicals. I'd call that false advertising. 3) After the guy was through and the carpets dried, my wife got down on her hands and knees to smell the carpet where she was 100% certain where our dog had pee'd and she could still smell the urine odor in the carpet. I am extremely dissatisfied, and so much so that I will never use Zerorez again. ... I thought the $184.xx quote was bad enough seeing as how I called in about the $99 special for 3 rooms, but $490+ ??? EFF THAT!
Great service even though the tech was late but did text us to let us know. I believe his name was Jerome. Very considerate and gave us the details of the service before he started. Left everything in place & made sure we were satisfied with his job. Would recommend to my friends and family. Ms Milo
The technician was very respectful and polite. He explained everything that he would be doing and answered any questions I had.

Use a deodorizer and let some heavily soiled areas sit for a while.
This is the first time I've used Zerorez. I'm an investor and typically the techs from other carpet cleaning companies are in and out like a flash especially, if their company is offering a special. Not so with Zerorez. TJ was very through and friendly and did a great job. My ceramic tile floors looked wonderful after they were cleaned too!
