Best customer service!! Outstanding service crew, highest quality work, professional as well as personable. The guys that were sent to my home were amazing!!!! when i called about service I had seen your company on good morning Texas several weeks ago. I had my rug cleaned in the past by Stanley steamer the first time they cleaned it it wasn't that great the next time it was like new. its just expensive to have it taken into the shop. I thought i would give you a try . The man who cleaned it was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable about the process. i had ask if it was just steam clean because I have a loop rug We didn't talk about the scrubber until he was finished cleaning Its kind of brought up some of the loops and I will need to trim them off. Its not as clean as I expected it to be..Im not cleaning this rug again I will toss it when it needs cleaning again Not sure if I will use your service again or not. don't think it was a problem with the technician just this type of rug. but i did except it to look better after it was completely dry. Don't expect any type of refund just letting you know what happened Not putting any negative comments out there either thanks

The operator broke my piano bench seat lid and left a spot which I had to clean.
The products that were used to clean my carpet/tile had a very clean fresh smell. Excellent service I was informed as to every step that would be taken to clean the carpet/tile. The service was fast and I got great results. I have recommended Zerorez to my family and friends.
No chemical cleaning is great. Also professional staff, very caring of my house.
Didn’t see much difference in carpet on last three steps where we usually have high volume of traffic. Carpet is only 2.5 yrs old

I didn’t use you at my house, but had you clean the carpets at my friends house. She was very pleased. Said the carpet looked very good, and the house smelled ,wonderful.
The tech didn’t explain correctly what I was paying for, and I thought I was getting a particular treatment when i didn’t. I called about this and was told I would be called back but never was.

did a good job-better results than previous with Dalworth. still missed a couple of stains that I was able to get removed with a spray cleaner and a towel. overall looks good.
