I usually clean my own carpets so I have only used Zerorez twice. Both times they did an excellent job on my carpets. I have had other carpet cleaning services out to the house but Zerorez is the only one that I feel truly cleaned to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
A bonus was the courteous technician that arrived to do the job. Torrance carefully and thoroughly took great care when maneuvering around the house.

Our technician was excellent. Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Our carpets dried a lot faster than with other companies we have used in the past.
We were very pleased with the carpet cleaner specialist, Torrance, who demonstrated first how zerorez worked on a heavily traffic area in our den. Then, he proceeded to treat the other areas of our home. He was thorough and professional and the end result "clean carpet, like new," was accomplished. Thank you so much for your service!

Product is safe, no odors, & works amazingly. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable & kept me informed during every step of the caroet cleaning process.
The guy who came (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) was courteous, knowledgeable, asked questions about any stains, generally very pleasant, and very good at what he was doing. He asked in particular about an incorrigible blue stain that was on the living room carpet when we moved here, and I told him we'd had it professionally cleaned several times before, to no avail. He was able to make it almost invisible, much to our delight. And the downstairs hallway, which is the most high-traffic area in the house, was so dirty I thought we just needed to get new carpet. But NOooo...he magically managed to get it cleaner than it was when we moved in! We are forever HOOKED ON ZEROREZ! (PS - No one asked for a rave review, and I was certainly not compensated for it. It's an honest evaluation, and one I'm happy to share.)
Quality of results and promptness and professionalism of service.
I would have given a 5 if the crew leader didn’t come back to make it right. The person that first did our carpet and tile was not trained enough to be on his own, and really didn’t know what he was doing. The carpet and tile stayed wet for days and the stains he said he could get up didn’t.
When the experienced crew came they recleaned everything. They brought me a ball of debris that was the size of a softball they had pulled out of the carpet. It was a lot of hair, but also screws and pieces of plastic they sucked up from the carpet. I was quite upset about all the debris left over since I have small babies that are starting to crawl and that’s why I wanted the carpets cleaned, for their safety. In having to reclean the carpets this delayed our move in since we couldn’t move anything into the carpeted or tiled rooms. Very stressful.
I’m sure the new guy will work out in the future, but he needed more training. The second crew that came did an excellent job and got the job done right.

You were not able to get the spot out of my carpet. He said he tried everything.
Also, seems very disorganized. I was not called about a time, I was left a message but given no time then when I called back the office was closed. Then one of your guys showed up with out calling first but then he was told to go somewhere else and he told me another guy would come. Then after 45 min he came back and told me they asked him to come back. Just very disorganized and disappointed in not getting the spot out.
