Great service and clean carpets!!
They did a great job cleaning our carpets. They were so knowledgeable and extemely polite. Their price was very reasonable and they worked very efficiently. They took good care not to disturb the walls and baseboards. The staff went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

The first cleaner (Dalton) didn’t really even do a mediocre job. I didn’t realize that until it died and looked really bad.
Then Eric did what should have been done in the first place. I regret that I didn’t look in every room after Eric or I might have noticed two rooms were still dry. Regardless, Eric corrected it the next day. We are extremely pleased with the job Eric did.

I recently had my carpet and travertine tile floor cleaned by Zerorez. The techs were so nice and friendly, and they did an outstanding cleaning job!! Floors look great! I highly recommend Zerorez for any floor cleaning needs! Best part....no chemicals!

Unstained carpet looks and feels better. Stains are still obvious but that could be state of carpet. Serviceman was very courteous and did point out that the stained area might not improve much.
Gladly!! First of all the Zerorez tech was very much so ahead of the time window given to me. My tech was Darrel from Detroit. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service was 150%. We are returning customers, so that can only mean that we like no soap process of cleaning. The pretreatment solution works really well and smells fresh. Will I use Zerorez again? YES!

I like that your cleaning process does such an amazing job. Your technicians are always so great. Damon came this last time and he got a few stains up I thought would be impossible! He was so friendly, and explained everything so thoroughly. He is a great asset to your company!
Your prices are quite high. Sort of bait and switch with “3 rooms for $99” offer, but with additional add-ons, my total bill was over $800. You came highly recommended by someone who said that they have never paid over $400 for comparable areas cleaned.

Yall did a fantastic job
This was my third time using zerorez. Last time all the stains came out and ther caper looked almost new. This time, most of the stains remained. The stains were better, removable, but still parts of it stayed. I think the guy just needed to clean more thoroughly.

The staff was so courteous and gave information about when should I move my furniture back and safety guides.
We were not told an accurate description of how much of the deep cleaner is used on spots. I was very detailed about my concerns regarding a cat and several dogs in the home from previous owners and that the deep cleaning would be needed. I was told one gallon would be put on to start and tech would see if others is needed. We would have needed probably at least 8 or more gallons with how much was used on one spot and could only afford two. If we were given a better idea on how much might be needed we would have used a different company or just saved the money to replace the carpet. $75 a gallon is a ridiculous price if here is more than one spot needing to be treated. You should automatically know if pets have been in the home previously there might be several spots needing treatment.
