I hired Zerorez to clean my neighbor's carpets after house-sitting their pets. I was surprised by the price that was contingent on how many sq yards of carpet they "deep cleaned" and the exorbitant price I paid for each sq yard. I had heard reviews of Zerorez they did not use dangerous chemicals & they were efficient and often had specials--which they were running when I called to see if they could fit the date I needed. But instead of three rooms for $99, I paid $564 for "deep cleaning" which was high their rep said because of the #sq. yards of carpet they "deep" cleaned. I felt taken advantage of.

Air duct cleaner should include cleaning of all vents. Technicians should cover furniture near vents to offer protection from falling debris.
Perhaps you feel your vacuum technology will handle everything, but it doesn't.

Done a good job all around

They were helpful and friendly. They explained every thing they were doing. It made the whole process of cleaning my vents and carpets easy. I'd highly recommend them.

Carpet was cleaner but didn’t do much for the dog smell.

Charged high price to remove urine (which was communicated initially that it “would” be removed. It was not. 2nd visit this week - communicated this time that due to rug material it most likely “would not” come out. Then why not tell me this to begin with, instead of charging me an outrageous price? Incredibly disappointed.

The agitation brush first lifting the pile and any debris prior to extraction, makes for a great cleaning. I have used many vendors and return to Zerorez as they are more detailed. Good job on cleaning the travel paths the retain more soil.

I was disappointed that a regular cleaning would not take care of the pet stains upstairs, causing the need for the significant increase in cost of $60 per room to take care of them. Not necessarily anyone’s fault, just cost much ore than I was hoping.
