I liked the quality of the work that was provided, and the efficiency of the technicians. My carpets and tile certainly look much better. The tile in the kitchen and bath look so much better than before the cleaning. My carpeting is probably around 20 years old and it looks better than I expected.

I didn't need 3 rooms to be cleaned. I only needed one room, one short hallway and a small rug.
They worked with me and gave me a great deal including the free 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning.
I also had him do the rest of the tile in my entryway and kitchen after seeing the results of the first part of the job. TJ was professional, courteous and very businesslike in his approach.
I gave him the name of a friend who owns a business that might need some cleaning done.
I would like to have technician who is willing and flexible instead of threatening the customer that he could cancel the appointment .

The young man who completed the service was friendly and did a great job. The citrus smell was very nice compared to the chemical smell of other services, and the carpet dried nice and soft instead of stiff.

I just like how clean the carpet is.
The animal stains that came up the last time. They only got lighter. I was charged 2 gallons of
your pet removal at $75 each. There was no mention of a free steam. I ask him to move and clean under 2 small light wait tabes and to roll out my 2 drawer file cabinet and clean. He agreed. He did not. He wore his regular shoes in the house with out not being covered.
My experience with Cesar and Zerorez was wonderful. He did a wonderful job and did it in a timely manner. He was polite and friendly.
I will always use Zerorez and Cesar for my carpet and tile cleaning....

The price quoted was the price charged, no up sell tactics once the technician arrived. The gentleman was friendly, courteous and did a great job.
Professional and thorough
It was not made clear that fiberglass ductwork could not be cleaned by your team, but you were willing to come out to tell us that in person for $117.
I called Zerorez after water leaked into the house from the heavy storms. The carpets looked great. After the technician left, we were moving a file cabinet which we did not think was anywhere near the water intrusion only to find rust stains showing in fact water had traveled that far. I called Zerorez and they said they would be happy to come back out and address the issue at no cost.
As a Realtor, I have referred Zerorez to my clients but never needed to use them until this event. I was so pleased with their service and now understand my clients rave reviews.
