Professional and fast

Joseph cleaned our very dirty vents recently. He did a great job of showing me what the problems were & what he would be doing to fix those issues. It took awhile since we have a big house & three AC systems, but the after pics loijed so much better. He cleaned up afterward & was very pleasant ans friendly to deal with. There was no high pressure, just results!
The service person was superior (kind, courteous, respectful of my time, quick and thorough) represents your company well!!

Technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, I paid what I was quoted over the phone no surprise charges. I am happy with the cleaning, And I would use you again.
My carpet looks great, but my driveway had oil from the truck. The trucks should either carry a drip pan or supplies for the technician to clean the oil spot.
Very disappointed spots in the living room carpet remained and the equipment needed for the job was not available on the truck. Also was not advised in the initial call that a "complete" cleaning job required additional expense. We felt that Phillip should have mentioned that the power cord to the exercycle had been broken. Otherwise, he was extremely informative about the process and very courteous and the carpet felt really nice and clean.
The tech that cleaned my carpets did a great job and was very professional
ZeroRez did a fantastic job at cleaning our carpets and removing stains I thought were impossible. The servicer was fantastic and called ahead within our window. We’ve talked about using ZeroRez many times over the last year. I’m glad we finally took the leap.

The work done on my carpet was very poor quality. Stains still on my carpet and it looks exactly the same as before it was cleaned. I feel I paid too much for the quality of service I received. I am very dissapointed, I used Zerorez because I hear 94.9fm Klty always raving about your company but I'm sorry to say my experience with your company was a very poor one.
It’s been a few years since we’ve had our carpets cleaned. Afterwards, our carpet looks 10 years newer!! Wonderful results and the guys cleaning were very informative and careful with our furnishings!
