I feel like you did a good job on the carpet, but the furniture was poorly done. The closer we look the more we see missed spots, etc. When I say spots, I mean just dirt. I could recommend anyone to pay )1,000 for s cleaning and the furniture not actually get cleaned.

Our service guy was Terry Tipton and not only was he very nice, he was very helpful and caring. He helped my husband move the very heavy table and rug and did a great job cleaning the areas that needed it. We will certainly use your company again and would love to ask for Terry the next time.

I was very impressed with the friendly professional technicians that came to my home, and thought they did a very good job!
I tried to put a review on Facebook and couldn’t find where to enter it. I thought the online scheduling was very efficient and easy and liked the reminders so I knew my request for day and time had gone thru. I appreciated how they protected furniture and walls, and the carpet was fluffy and smelled fresh. Boston was our technician and he was so cheerful, funny, and informative!

The technician did a good job. However this morning it has dark spots.

You were not able to get the spot out of my carpet. He said he tried everything.
Also, seems very disorganized. I was not called about a time, I was left a message but given no time then when I called back the office was closed. Then one of your guys showed up with out calling first but then he was told to go somewhere else and he told me another guy would come. Then after 45 min he came back and told me they asked him to come back. Just very disorganized and disappointed in not getting the spot out.

I usually clean my own carpets so I have only used Zerorez twice. Both times they did an excellent job on my carpets. I have had other carpet cleaning services out to the house but Zerorez is the only one that I feel truly cleaned to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

A bonus was the courteous technician that arrived to do the job. Torrance carefully and thoroughly took great care when maneuvering around the house.
