Efficient and you don’t leave a mess behind!
Service was great
The job just wasn’t done well. The technical that did the upstairs the week before was wonderful but the tech that did the downstairs was here 25 mins for two large rooms and once it dried there are areas that don’t even look like they’ve been done.
There weren’t even lines on the carpets where you could see it had been cleaned. Not like the first visit at all. Very disappointed
This is the first time I have used your service. Your service technician, Justin, was on time and extremely polite. I showed him the areas of concern with marks in the carpet and went into detail on how he would be able to get it out. Work was done to my satisfaction. I thought the price was a little high but Justin worked hard to make sure the carpet looked great and met my satisfaction. I hope in the future when I use you again that Justin will be available.

Our carpets are clean and fresh without the use of chemicals except for the portion that had severe pet stains which was well soaked before steam cleaning and then had the area encapsulated to seal in the stink and to prevent future accidents.

I like that you don’t use chemicals. Your service representative, Chavis, was very thorough and helpful. The job was done professionally and quickly! Stains and odors gone! If I had known they would have come out like this, I would have done it much sooner.
