No residue,great job.
We like the non-residue service. It leaves no odor from cleaning products, but removes the stale carpet smell.

Darwin did a great job and I will tell you that it made a huge difference. I had the carpets cleaned about 1 month ago and they still looked dingy. Now they look almost new!

Charles was awesome - he was polite and did the work quickly and made sure everything was picked up after. The email that you were going to be in our area was the reason we booked anything that was a GREAT marketing move. Made me remember I needed/wanted to get something scheduled and I didn't have to wait a long time to get it done.
Excellent service and knowledgeable personnel.
The cleaning was O.K., but it took much longer than anticipated or told it would take for the carpets to dry (~12 hours +). But, the best part of the service was the service tech. He was excellent! He was very customer focused and informative of other services that could be provided without being pushy or over selling. He was neat and clean and has a very pleasant personality.

The cleaning of our carpet was not as good as was expected. I could have done this with my personal carpet cleaner and save $500. :(
Worker was not as thorough as the first worker you sent.
Easy to get an appointment and quote for services. Staff were knowledgeable and very respectful and personable. Couldn't ask for anything more!! They also have a good work ethic.
Very late arrival. We purposely scheduled this to allow for drying time before our kids got out of school that day. It cost me $300.00 in lost wages waiting for arrival. I had to initiate all but one phone call to foster communication.

One of the things I love most about Zerorez is they were very prompt. They came prepared, and fully equipped. The communication excellent and the service was five star. Your products clean our carpet thoroughly and help prolong its life. A lot of it looks like new after the cleaning yesterday. Your technicians are always timely, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Fabian (sp?) was here yesterday, and he went so far as to pull apart our sectional, piece by piece, to get to the dirt and odds and ends that had collected underneath. He was not only willing, but even cheerful about it. I found him to be friendly and personable, all the while being completely professional. I was quite surprised at how quickly he was finished with everything, especially since there were quite a few pet-related stains - - more than we knew; not to mention the extra dirtiness under the sectional.

I've used them twice. Both times I was highly satisfied. My carpet and stairs were filthy since I have son's and their friends coming in and out of the house. I highly recommended them.
