As an existing customer i was disappointed this time they came to clean my carpets.i booked the 3 room special for $99 and an additional bedroom for a total of $166
Living room carpet still looks dirty and master bedroom carpet was not cleaned efficiently either (if it was even cleaned at all?) and for some reason the bill came to $199 ??
Need to refund my money or come back and re-clean

Technician was on time and knowlegeable. He did a great job on the carpet, even getting out some paint stains and adhesive residue.

Damage was done to our brand new freezer in March. Repairs were finally done 12/5/2019. I have no reason to repeat bad service without some type of compensation to show things can be done properly and professionally.
Service tech was great! Very courteous and quick. He alone would make me return to Zerorez.
Natural ingredients
The young man who did the cleaning was very polite, thorough and efficient. He pointed out a couple of areas he noticed but nothing of concern. He did a couple of things I requested without any question. The next day, I was so pleased and how plush my carpet felt underfoot, even though it's several years old. Good experience.
Natural based products and not harmful chemicals
Easy to get an appointment within my time frame. People are professional and courteous. They take great precautions to protect your home including shoe booties. Repeatedly asked if I was satisfied with the job or if I had any questions or if there was anything else they could do?
Besides all that, the couch and carpets always look fresh and renewed.
