Carpet was not evenly and thoroughly cleaned. Left streaks where part was clean and other areas not. Ridiculous price for sofa cleaning. Very disappointed overall.
Good results, and I like being able to customize the services. We only have one room of carpet, but sometimes we add on tile floors, other times upholstery cleaning.

Arrived when scheduled. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. Pretreated quickly for pet stains and left us a clean carpet.
