Jay was so friendly and professional. He worked quickly, told me everything I needed to know and did a great job with my service. I would use him and the company again for that service next time its needed!
The team was very friendly and professional. I was able to work from home while they did their services with no interruption. Being able to look at floors after they were done and seeing the huge difference is just the best feeling.
Diamond was amazing! Super friendly courteous and professional! He knew exactly what to do to help make our carpets spotless! Would definitely have him back to take care of our carpet needs!!

Spot cleaning was too expensive and seemed like a bait and switch
We had lots of spots, especially in the master bedroom from animals. The two guys that were sent out told me they were gone and they tested things The room took 18 hours to dry and the stains were still very visible. So another guy came out who had had a lot of experience and told me he could get them out of there and they would not show what he did tell me was that the two guys previously had over soaked the carpet and since it took so long to dry and gone into the pad and then these stains resurface so he redid the bedroom and he said they will be gone and it shouldn’t take no more than eight hours to dry. He was correct. The carpet was dry in eight hours, but the stains were back all the same so your policy to fix this is that they’ll come back and charge me $75 for every 2 ft.² to fix all of the stains so they’re probably gonna be close to $500 this is reprehensible that was not my fault to begin with. I didn’t overwater And and I had offered both times. They came out if I needed the stain stuff I would be happy to pay extra but no no no this is gonna take care of it it didn’t but for something that I didn’t cause you’re gonna charge me close to $500 to fix it and there’s no guarantees that be fixed. Everything about this is so wrong. I definitely will never tell anybody about you all. I’m a businesswoman and this is a very poor way to do business.
Cleaning results are stellar and we will not use any other Cleaning Services.
The staff! Jaime! He was wonderful. He performed extractions in a bedroom where our much loved little old dog has accidents. It smelled so nice and fresh after the cleaning.

The gentleman who did service at my home this week was awesome. He looked at what I have that needed to be cleaned. He did such a great job and did everything possible to make this service awesome! Just like every technician has from your company. He was able to understand what I needed and went to work right away. Don't know who interviews your hires. But they do a amazing job finding awesome people. In my 43 years in retail I wish I would have had the new hire skills they have. Thanks so much for your interview skills!
Following my service, my 10 year old carpet looks so fresh and clean. The technician was also able to get most of a red wine stain out of my upholstered recliner. Unless you were looking you wouldn’t notice it. I highly recommend this service!
I don't think your method of carpet cleaning should be recommended for light colored carpets.
Spots were not able to be removed and some of the light dingyness not lightened. The reason given was that after all it is that it is almost white carpet. Afterwards I was able to get the spots out with a few granules of laundry soap and water to thoroughly rinse them.
I don't think I have overly high expectations, but maybe I do so I don't want to fault the technician. He did what he thought was supposed to work using the products and equipment he has. If anything, give him some tips to clean light carpets.

Ordered pet treatment. They jacked up the price $300 (bait & switch), which I paid, but the smell is still there.

Good communication, quick and efficient
When you wash fabric with soap and water, but don't get all the soap out, it leaves the fabric feeling stiff. My carpet feels stiff like that, not soft. Since it took your representative a little over an hour to clean three bedrooms, a hall, and living dining area plus steam clean the grout in two bathrooms, I feel like it might have been a superficial job. Since the representative said he couldn't get the grout around the toilets as clean as other parts - which he did do a great job of cleaning - the dark spots are very obvious now.
