Great jobs cleaning my carpets
Service was great! Major wine rack topple overnight broke 4 of 60 bottles. Called at 8:30, promised 4:00, and the tech was here before 1:00. Carpet looks new again.
I really liked the fact that it actually cleaned my carpet, I could visibly see the dirt removed. Additionally the fact that hot water is actually used and no chemicals. This was my first time using your company but I will definitely use you again and tell my neighbors

The worker was great, very friendly and explained everything. After the carpets dried however I just don't feel they look as clean as they have with a standard carpet cleaning, and there were a couple spots still on the carpet, which I ended out cleaning off with some carpet cleaner spray.
Caesar was very informative about services about to be done. He gave us recommendations on when we should repeat our upholstery cleaning. He was very professional while here and respectful of our household goods. This is the second time I have used this company and I will certainly be using them again.

A very nice , courteous young man was here to clean the carpet. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and various spots specifically that needed to be aware of. No pets!! He was running 30 minutes late which I was advised of. He was here only a short time compared to others I have had cleaning the same area. He advised me the carpet would be lighter after it dried. The carpet does not look much cleaner than it did before with one area particularly. Very disappointing !!
There were only a few stain spots on the carpet and when I went back and looked at the carpet after my treatment, I thought they were ones that should have been easy to get out, so I sprayed carpet spray and blotted with a paper towel and it started coming up so easy. My real estate agent was surprised that none of the furniture dents in the carpet came up either, so I called another company, paid another $500 for the other company and that company got the stains out so so easily, got out most of the furniture dents, but there was a HUGE noticeable difference in the look of my carpets. They used a system that had a brush system that pulled lint, dead skin, dirt, etc out of the carpet as it went along and when they would finish the room they would go and vacuum all the damp lint clumps up but I was shocked at how much they pulled up from the carpets after zerorez had treated just a week before in an empty house. The carpet cleaner I used the second time told me that zerorez is a great company so he was surprised that they were the ones who treated it before he came. The reason I didn’t give this review a zero was because the tech was nice and professional and they came really quickly and worked with my schedule. But the actual result was a 0 out of 10 so I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Sorry for the delayed response! Overload with work. Am pleased with the results of the Zerorez cleaning, given the age of the carpet and did not know when it was last cleaned. I do believe e it could use another cleaning, especially since one could observed the amount of soap dirt that was observed through the clear bladder. Paul worked hard to clean it. He deserves high grades.
