The technician was a nice guy. However, he spent a lot of time stating what he could not clean.
The last time the carpet was cleaned, was by another company. Their technician pointed out the problem stains and stated that he would do his best. Better to say what you will try to do rather than what you cannot do.

Carpets always look great afterwards. Technicians are professional, friendly and arrive on schedule. I always use Zerorez.
My carpet was clean but it was also very wet. Was unable to bring furniture in until late Sun afternoon with ceiling fans going full blast.
I had Zerorez out to clean my tile. Torrence did a great job! It is so nice to have the grout lines look brand new!
Evan Gray was my technician. Evan was personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job on my carpet and rugs. He took time to explain everything to me and was thorough in doing the cleaning.

My the treated carpets in my home (2 rooms, stairs, and 2 bathrooms) are greatly improved and I look forward to the next time I vacuum them and see how they look then.
My only comment/concern was that it took until this morning for them to dry and in the meantime we had no choice; but, to walk on them given their location.

I will recommend both the service tech and this company.
I am skeptical that my carpet got a thorough cleaning. It took me nearly an hour and a half to vacuum the areas the day before. The cleaning service came and went in 45 minutes. I am just surprised that the carpet could have gotten a thorough cleaning in that short time. Zerorez has cleaned it before but it took a much longer time.
Make sure your technicians are properly trained and instructed on how to properly clean carpets and take the time to do it right.
