They are by far the best ever. Had them do outdoor furniture, carpet, large couch and chairs and they made them all look like new. The technician Marcus was so detailed and went on and beyond in getting everything looking perfect. My house smelled so fresh and clean after. I’m so glad I got this done since I will be home bound for awhile!! They came fully protected and were very professional. Love love that there is no residue on anything!!!

Majority of the pet urine was removed from the sofa but after the chemical finally dry can still smell the pet urine. Tech was professional and explain the process, no discount for repeat customer little disappointed.
I needed service quickly and I was able to get it with Zerorez. The technician showed up on time. He was professional and courteous. He explained what needed to be done in each room, as a couple of rooms had stubborn dog stains. I agreed to what he proposed and he got the job done.
