The whole process from beginning to end, Evan was very professional and cordial.
I thought the service was terrific. My technician was professional and a really nice guy!
And my carpets look amazing! I never thought they could look this good again, they're white and I've spilled a lot of things on them over the years (including red wine and permanent hair dye), but it all came out and they look as good as they did the day I moved in.
Also, as a pet owner, it was great to be able to have the inevitable pet stains and bacteria cleaned out without chemicals that might be dangerous to my animals.
I give you guys an all around 10/10.
Professional service
Really expensive and definitely not zero res. Stiff and all stains and smells still there.
Buddy Daniels did a fantastic job on the carpet in my apartment. Also, he is a personable guy who didn't even seem irritated by my yappy little dog.

I like the technicians they're always very polite and on time and informative. I like that you don't leave any residue on my carpet. I like that my dogs don't show any allergies after you clean the carpet. I like that they can usually get every stain out and my carpets look great!
Cleaners be a little more cautious with their cleaning equipment
Your ads should mention that the price in your ad is only for a certain size room and if your room is larger the price is higher. This misleads the public.
