Fast response. My carpets were fresh and clean. And reasonably priced.
Although I liked Darwin, I was disappointed with the cleaning process itself. He had to use more gallons than expected, which I was ok with as I wanted to make sure the urine came out of the carpet.
The next day, I bent down to check it out and I can still smell urine. For as much as it cost, the urine should be completely gone and it isn't. So I consider Zerorez to be expensive and ineffective. I will probably not use again or recommend.
There are several places I know were not cleaned. I did not realize until today. Some places in my carpet are still wet. Even with running the fan, and opening an outside door for 8 hours. The additional treatment cost was way too expensive. I had one room to clean... and still had to pay the “special” of $99 for 3 rooms... and they wanted to charge me so much more to treat some stains. ONE room ended up costing me $400 to complete. And that was the cost DOWN from the original quote of $600 to “treat” all stains.
Won’t use again. Won’t recommend.

The carpet looked good at the moment. Not once did it ever smell fresh or clean. I just thought it was because it had been raining outside. That evening when I came back to house the spots came back and it smelled horrible.
I never received 50 dollar gift card like my receipt said I received.
The technion was nice. He wasnt there very long. I tipped him 20 bucks because he was polite.
Before when I used your services the guy first went over floor with some machine that loosened the dirt first THEN he began cleaning carpets. It was also a rainy day but they smelt clean. This guy didnt use that machine first. I guess that explains why he was there maybe a total of 30 minutes. 10 minutes to get all hoses out 10 min to put them back and 10 minutes toe clean two small rooms and a short hallway.
I will probably never use your service again because I feel I got scammed. Didn't get what I paid for and still tipped the guy. He was polite

I like the pet cleaner for my rugs. It takes away the smells. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient.
The service man showed up 20 minutes late, after the 4 hour window. His cleaning tool broke at the joint and water spewed all over dresser, walk, box springs, & bed frame. Also saturating area of carpet. He said, "that happens & you never know when it will happen". He tracked water, dirt down hardwood hallway. I asked if I could at least get a discount & he said I would have to call the main number, which I did. Nothing resolved. Very disappointed in service, and I was so excited to use Zerorez.
