Very professional,courteous, and thorough technician!

The rug still smells of the spill that prompted original cleaning, even after second "spot" cleaning. Told to expect gift card in 30 days??? But that's ok, I'm more concerned with the odor in the rug.

Thank you for asking for feedback. Let me first be clear that the two young men who came to my home were great. Very friendly, polite, and professional. I felt like the commercials and ads on Good Morning Texas were misleading as far as pet treatments. From the ads it is not clear that cleaning down to the pad is a spot treatment that is very expensive. After talking to the techs I decided to do three spot treatments at $75 each. I didn't expect my carpet to be new again at all, but felt like there was more of a urine oder after finished. I realize it brought the problems to the surface but just don't think I would pay $75 again for that.
All that being said, if I was looking for standard carpet cleaning I would call again!

My carpets got cleaned pretty dang well. But the main reason I called for cleaners was for a dog urination spot. It got a lot of it up, but it's still not perfect. The smell emits from the carpet much less, as in you can't smell it near as badly just walking around, but, it's still there. And if you get down near the carpet, the smell is definitely still there.

All in all, better than it was, but paying the amount I paid for the pet treatment and stuff, I expected more.

I set the appointment up online and received phone calls to let me know when the technician was on the way. The technician was very friendly, worked hard and was knowledgeable. Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was awesome.

The service person was so courteous and explained thoroughly what he was going to do.

He was open to questions about the process.

He did a really go job and we were pleased with he results.

As advertised there was no residue and no smell which can be a problem.
