What could we do to improve?

The service was okay, I was more bothered by the fact that the person was late and we were left having to sleep on the floor because the carpets were not dry. I was told that I would get a gift card for the inconvenience but was not given that. So although the carpets are clean the timing and inconvenience off set that.

What do you like about our products and services?

Love the chemical free cleaning because we just had a baby. Price was fair and service was great. Dillon's really explained to me why the services are so great and I enjoyed the information he shared about the cleaning process. He was very insightful in the field of carpet care.

My old dirty carpet looks new again.
I’ve had my bedroom carpet cleaned many times but it’s never looked so good (for its age)
I was expecting the old stains to reappear once dry, but only a few, very faintly. Most are completely gone.
I’ve already referred you to my parents and brother.
