Very few if any chemicals are used and the techs are very knowledgeable and professional
Last cleaning the tech said I had to request a stretch at front entry ahead of time. This time I did and when the tech arrived I was advised you don’t stretch. No one bothered to tell me. The last two times, I didn’t get free tile cleaning or gift card.
Technician Ricardo was incredible but it was expensive!!
Cleaning went fine. Employee was very nice and professional. The only concerns was that after I received my invoice I was able to see that you state that you do not guarantee your pet odor treatment. This should have been disclosed by the technician or the employee that I spoke to during scheduling.
Our technician Boston was very professional and thorough in explaining the services. I appreciated him showing me the pet urine stains with the black light as well as after the cleaning - they were all gone! We would definitely recommend Zerorez.
The cleaning man does very thorough cleaning of the carpets before he applies wet cleaning fluids and he is very friendly and efficient. His name is Evan.

Hello!! Torrance was our tech today and he did an outstanding job on our carpets!! He was very thorough and efficent!!! His customer service skills are top notch!! You should give him a raise to show how much you value him!! Hard workers are hard to find! In the next video he is featured in you really need to introduce him and show him off show to speak! Be proud of his loyalty to your company! He deserves the recognition!
Prices for stairs ($60) a little high for my budget but the hall and room price okay.
Our technician showed up right on time and after the walk thru he reviewed the invoice with me before getting started. He got right to work and all of the carpets looked fresh and new when he was done. Would highly recommend.

In all the years I've used Zerorez, this last visit has just ruined my carpets. The technician was nice, but he did not do his actual job. He did not use the carpet wand in the majority of the house, and he did not use the brush you all normally use, and the worse thing of all, is he left that pet protection wet on my carpet, which was clearly old liquid, and it stayed on my carpets for 3 days, until Jeremy Campbell came to redo and try and correct the extremely foul smell it left, which unfortunately for me, has embedded into the carpets. We all were sick in the house from the strong odor, including my dog.I sent my daughter to go stay with her dad for the weekend, and my dog and I had to stay at my parents until Monday when Jeremy came back to redo the floors. Jeremy was professional and showed me exactly what he was doing step by step, however the smell is all in the carpets still. Unfortunately, I will have to get my floors replaced much sooner than I had hoped, as it is very expensive, I'm sure you know. Our allergies & asthma have been horrible since last Friday when the initial technician came to my house.
I've always enjoyed my clean carpets in the past years, and the service you all have provided, however due to this technicians doings, unfortunately, I will no longer use Zerorez. :(

Justin, the technician, that came out was very cordial and sweet. He took time to explain the process to my Mother, for whom the cleaning was for. It took less than an hour. Which was great!
I was confused by the technician. He took me around with the black light and showed me all the white stains. Then insisted they were pet urine although urine is suppose to show up yellow and we have a doggie door so that’s not a problem. But he says that’s because they are hydrated. Then offered me the stain treatment at $60/room and tells me that’s the only way to remove the stuff we saw with the black light.
I told him I couldn’t spend that much and he acted annoyed. I was already spending $300.
He made it sound as if my carpet wasn’t going to get clean using the standard cleaning. I asked him if he would go over a spot in my closet that I cleaned but wanted him to go over and he said there is no point if your not doing the stain treatment so he didn’t.
Anyway, my carpets turned out good. They look really clean. So I’m happy but not sure I want to go through that sales spill again.
We have had wonderful results from carpet cleaning by ZeroRez and wanted to try the air duct cleaning when I heard you had begun offering this service.
I believe the guy that cleaned our carpets did a Fantastic job.

The product works!! Floors looked brand new when the technician left. And Caesar is worth asking for specifically. He is an expert on ZeroRez products and services. Caesar is kind, patient and very efficient as well.
The guy who came to clean the carpets was a big believer in Zerorez product. He was energetic and proved that the product was worth it.
As usual dealing with a cleaning service when the tech got here he thought I needed to add about $200 extra serviced I didn"t
